Returns Policy
- All products are available to refund within a 14-day period of receiving your delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- If you wish to return a product, please note we do not offer exchanges and a new order will need to be placed.
- We do not currently offer free returns, all returns are at the expense of the sender via their choice of courier, we would advise keeping proof of postage.
- Please also keep in mind once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it, however, once you receive it you can return for a refund.

Products must not have been used, washed or altered in any way
Have all tags in place
We are unable to accept any returns of items where the tags have been remove
Returned within 14 days
We will not offer a refund for any purchases after 14 days
